To say i’ve been on a techno tip of late might be a bit of an understatement. This has a lot to do with my previous post, but also a trip to Fabric last week for Omar-S – which was pretty mind blowing by-the-by.
The MNML SSGS blog will no doubt be news to few – but some things deserve a big, bad and heavy recommndation from time to time. Especially for the recent SCB (aka Hotflush running Scuba) mix and dig a bit deeper and you’ll find this pretty amazing mix from Shed.
On a similar note, there is a resident advisor mix from FaltyDL and it reminds me of my favourite snack. A Picnic bar washed down with a Ginger Beer with loads of ice and a slice of lime in it. Imagine a chocolate bar with caramel (Floating Points), Crunchy Peanuts and Rice Crisps (Untold) and your most favourite Milk Chocolate (Take AKA Sweatson Klank); all washed down with that tangy (sbtrkt), ice cold (Joy Orbison), spicy (Falty DL) flavour you enjoy the most.
Ahhh man, I think I just mouth jizzed (e.g. drooled) all down myself. Listen to this while I sort my life out a little.
